Consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we are committed to promptly addressing any claims of copyright infringement reported through our platform, as directed to our Designated Copyright Agent specified in the notice example below.

Should you hold a copyright or have authorization to act on behalf of a copyright holder, or possess any exclusive rights under copyright, we encourage you to report any suspected copyright infringements occurring on or via our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and forwarding it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Once we receive the Notice as outlined below, we will undertake necessary actions, based on our discretion, which may include the removal of the infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work that you assert has been violated; if this Notice pertains to multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list of them.
• 2. Specify the infringing material or link, including the URL where it can be found on the Site, that you request be disabled.
• 3. Provide your affiliated company name (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address if available.
• 4. Include both statements below within the Notice:
• * "I affirm that I possess a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not sanctioned by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law (e.g., as per fair use provisions)."
• * "I confirm that the information provided in this Notice is true and accurate; under penalty of perjury, I am either the copyright owner or have authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner or holder of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed."
• 5. Supply your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal repercussions.

If you believe that your content which was removed (or to which access was denied) is not infringing, or you have received permission from the copyright holder, their agent, or permitted by law to utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Description of the content that has been taken down or access to which has been disabled, along with the location where it was accessible prior to the removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement declaring that you possess a good faith belief that the removal or disabling was due to a misunderstanding or misidentification of the content;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement that you will accept service of legal documents from the individual that notified you of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, we may relay a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order against the content provider or the user, the removed content may be restored or access reinstated within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.

Following the provisions of the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have enacted a policy that allows for the termination of users who are identified as repeat infringers, in suitable circumstances and at our discretion. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe on any intellectual property rights of other parties, without needing prior repeat violations.
